  • Power 

    Power connections using existing outlets or pit infrastructure may be carried out by exhibitors or the appointed event contractor.   

    • The party completing the connection is responsible for ensuring all equipment and leads are tested and tagged and compliant. 
    • Any fixed or hardwired electrical work (e.g. new circuits, distribution boards, RCD installation) must be completed by a licensed electrician. Notify your event organiser if you have special power requirements beyond a standard 240 V 10 A power outlet. 
    • Please note floor and roof power is isolated overnight and reinstated two hours prior to show open. 

    Water & Waste 

    All water and waste connections must be carried out by the venue‑accredited plumber. Wilsons Plumbing can be booked through our exhibitor services team.  
    Exhibitors and contractors are not permitted to access or connect to water and waste pit services.
